Cramps - should I be worried?

Hi, 7w+3d pregnant with DC1, viability scan is on Thursday. I'm having cramps like period pains, fairly mild, but no bleeding. Cramps have been happening for a couple of hours. Should I be worried or is this normal?

Completely normal so long as no bleeding as well. It is your uterus stretching. I am 11 weeks and it comes and goes
