Gyno told me a C section is a No No with endometrosis

Anyone got some advice out there on my predicament..
Went to the hospital this week as 5 months and my gyno told me that as have i have ovarian endo - adhesions stuck to my left ovary he would rather not give me a C section.
This would cause probs for him during the C section and could cause me further health problems with my bowel. I was totally stunned as I thought that because I had to have an emergency C section 2 1/2 years ago they would not think twice about giving me a 2nd C section. The last birth was sooo traumatic I'm now really worried. I want any advice on this if you have any to share please.

I will be having a section this time and I have endo. This will be my third so not the same level of choice though.

I think it partly depends on the reasons for the previous section. Can you go over the birth with a MW/consultant and look at what went wrong last time and the likelyhood of it happening again.
