I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that if I eat anything with a kind of tomato sauce/dressing, I get really bad runs the day after! This is odd, as usually I eat tomato based dishes 4-5 times a week easily, but in the hotter weather I've been eating more salads instead.
Has anyone else experienced this; that a particular food now disagrees with them although you'd normally eat it with no problems?
