Symptoms do come and go.

I have had two early m/s - one at 6 weeks and one at 5 weeks.

With this pregnancy, I got a stomach bug at about 5 weeks and my symptoms disappeared entirely. By 6 weeks with no return of my symptoms I knew in my heart of hearts that it was over, and had pretty much resigned myself to it. I am 38 weeks today.

Obviously there are no guarantees in these early days and it's always wise to steel yourself a tiny bit, but all is not necessarily lost.

Wishing you all the very best.

Hi kalo12, i have been on here so many time sasking the same question, i had lost all symptoms about 3 times now and they all come back, once about 5+4 days went for about 4 days, then again at 6 weeks and again at 9 weeks and i went for a scan and all was well, and now some days i have horrible days and some days nothing, i sometimes have days where the sickness lasts about 10 mins thats it.

I was told symptoms come and go, good luck.

yeah i have that too, and was told its fine, did they say if it was big or little?

kalo12 · 24/07/2010 21:03

didn't say. what did they say was the cause of yours?

They just said it is very common and usually caused by the baby implanting.

kalo12 · 26/07/2010 21:58

they didn't tell me anything just to come back monday, so i went back today and the pregnancy sac has grown and i have to go back next week.

still no symptoms though

I hardly had any symptoms until about 8 weeks - and they came and went all the time. 5 weeks is very early to have any significant symptoms so I would not let the loss of symptoms worry you. Best of luck

kalo don't worry about no symptoms at this stage. it's very early. i totally know how you feel as i've had four first trimester miscarriages. I'm now 15 weeks pregnant and morning sickness didn't start until i was around eight weeks along. sore boobs definitely came and went - some days they were bad and some days they felt absolutely normal. hang in there. i know how hard it is.

thanks for your support everybody, i have just had a scan and there is a heart beat - and still not one symptom!
