Hi all,

What does it feel like to you when your baby gets the hiccups? I'm 28 weeks pregnant and think my bump was hiccuping!

Thanks

Like the baby is hiccuping. Can't think of another way of describing it. Regular jerks, visible from the outside too.

DD did it daily towards the end. It's one of my fondest memories.

Hi
it's like a rhythmic pulse. If you think about it it's unlikely that the baby is able to kick a constant rhythm, unless it's destined to become a drummer!!
My baby seems to get them 3 to 5 times a day normally after I've eaten.

Yep, like a rhythmic pulse, as MrSCJOLG says.

If you look at your bump, you can see the 'pulse' as well.

Both of mine had/have them several times a day.

Is 28 weeks about right to be feeling them then? I'm almost positive thats what I've been feeling!
