Nausea and diarrhea 39 weeks

For the last few days I have been feeling nausea on and off, softer stools and last night I had painful cramps and then diarrhea. I know that these can be a sign that things are starting but wondered how soon after this I should expect labour. I haven't really had any other symptoms, not braxton hicks etc. Thanks

oooh i hope someone respons to this soon as my sister who is currently 38 weeks is experiencing the same thing and my mum and i are getting excited that this is a sign!!! she hasn't had any braxton hicks either!
