Bump - I'm looking at this too and would like to know!

I have received mine and it says to start using 3 weeks before delivery date. Can it be used any earlier?

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I've already wet myself slightly when coughing, etc. Maybe it would be beneficial to use it already? I'm 30 wks now.

Used an Epino in my last pregnancy after it was recommended by my NCT leader......started at about 30 ish weeks, and used it daily as per the instructions manual, however still had a very long labour which ended up in forceps and an episiotomy, so I'm probably not at Epino text book case! However it was kind of helpful in getting my head around the actual birth - and it was encouraging to see how much more "stretchy" I was getting!
