I am 11+5 and was beginning to feel less nauseus and just generally more well. Today I feel shite again, really sick and grim, so I am feeling very sorry for myself.

I was supposed to be going grocery shopping tonight (20 minute drive to the Tesco's superstore), but really don't feel like it...and I have no bloody food to cook in the house. DP doesn't drive, so can't shop for me. Would I be evil if I opted for take-out and gave dd (5) chips tonight? (She's had proper meals all week so far and has hot lunches at school).

Although I have to admit, I had a fishfinger sandwich for tea last night, and a take-away a few days back, so my diet is shocking . I promise i'll be good once this bloody m/s goes!

Urgh, fed up.

TAAAAAAAAKE OUUUUUUUUUUT!! I am almost 18 weeks, and I have never in my life had so many take aways as when I was about 9-14 weeks. I felt so tired, although no sickness and have 2x 5 yr old DD's. All our normally healthy diets suffered, but I just couldn't get the energy to cook, and I love cooking! Give yourself a break and order a take away, the tiredness will pass and you will soon feel a bit more normal!

Here are my opinions FWIW...

Take-away: yes, definitely.

Shopping: order an online delivery for tomorrow if you can.

Diet & nutrition: forget about good balanced diet while you are going through bad MS, just eat whatever you can keep down!

Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you. DP is now defrosting some chicken to make us some pasta, so at least dd won't have crap.

I am lucky I have not been sick so far, just feel pukey all the time...and insanely tired.
