Bagged salad question

I know this is going to make me sound neurotic - but for the most part I've not been washing bagged salad from the supermarket, especially when it says 'washed in spring water and ready to eat.'

Having a listeria panic. Yes, I know there's probably been many a thread on here about this stuff before. Should I be worried and go get checked?

I didn't know either that bagged salad should be washed again unless it said need washing. God, the advice is endless...enough to stress the life out of us if we let it

If you don't feel unwell then there is nothing to worry about. If you have www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Listeriosis/Pages/Symptoms.aspx these symptoms]] then get checked out. I do rewash bagged salad when pregnant just to be on the safe side.

As the PP said, if you haven't been ill at all you should be fine. Just start re-washing salads now. I always re-wash it anyway as it's just been sitting there.
