Praise for my local EPU

Thought i'd post a message of praise for my local EPU. I'm 9 weeks pg, started bleeding on Sunday night, i phoned my local EPU myself (as i understand it, some only accept GP/midwife referrals) yesterday and they instantly arranged a scan, done today! Thankfully all is well, and i was very impressed with the speed of the process, and the general level of care

Thats brilliant, i also call my EPU and got a appointement and scan within 2 hours of calling yesterday :-)

Did they say why you were bleeding by the way?

Cervical erosion is what they've put it down to, as there was no obvious other cause. Quite terrifying looking down and seeing lots of bright red blood on Sunday night!

Nice to see positive messages of gratitude for the NHS for a change. There is a thread in am I being unreasonable in which some people seem to think its justified to hate all doctors and nurses for ever because of one bad experience.
