I am 34 weeks and a blood count showed I am slightly anaemic (11.1 but has been declining throughout pregnancy).
I eat a very healthy diet and include red meat twice a week.
I don't really want to take iron tablets because they make me CONSTIPATED and I suffer quite badly from anal fissures from my last fun experience of childbirth 3 years ago.
Any advice? Or should I just go with the tablets?
