Treating athlete's foot - wrongly?

Having a mild panic. I had athlete's foot and use Daktarin activ (an over the counter anti fungal cream) about 5 times...it was in the cabinet. Then today suddenly freaked and thought that maybe it was potentially harmful. Anyone know for sure?

(I had a fungal patch on my leg (i exercise still) and the pharmacist told my partner that canesten with clotrimazole was fine to use in pregnancy - so I assumed it was all much the muchness...)

Have I done harm or am I being incredibly neurotic?

Miconazole is unlikely to be absorbed through the skin in sufficient amounts to affect the baby. Thanks - I phoned NHS direct and they were very helpful and said not to worry at all but to go to doctor if it flares up again.
