Threatened miscarriage at 12 weeks

hi,
I'm 12 weeks pregnant and on Friday had a threatened miscarriage.
I passed a huge clot(which I thought was the foetus) so was somwhat relieved to find out after hours of hysterical crying that I hadn't actually miscarried.
I'm 39 with multiple fibroids so it was a miracle I conceived in the first place!
I had a scan and the little fighter was ok kicking his legs without a care in the world.
My cervix is closed.
The bleeding stopped yesterday but today I wiped myself after using the loo and saw it was bright red blood.
Not a lot but there.
It's now brown.
I am so worried.
I'm due to go back to the hospital tomorrow anyway so should I wait or get a cab down there now?

Thanks

Hi

I'm so sorry you've experienced this. If it were me I would go now but only you know if you can stand to wait until tomorrow. A compromise might be to call the hospital and explain the situation and ask their advice. They may tell you to come now or to wait. Its really only worth doing that though if you think you'll be able to wait. If you don't think you can - just go. I hope everything is ok x
