FYI she has autism idk if that hinders it.

Physically, children with autism usually develop in line with their peers so many are able to toilet train successfully at the expected age. However, in some children, autism can make it more difficult for them to identify and associate the sensations around using the toilet and sensory issues can cause them difficulty too.

In short, some children with autism need extra time and support to learn, but it is not a given.

Autism due to the sensory issues and delays of development cause hinderance but this is not necessary.
