2.5 year old gone from totally dry at night to several accidents

Hi everyone,

my 2.5 year old potty trained around her second birthday and within a month was dry both day and night. Was a total flook about night training - she did it herself and we thought we had just got away lightly with it all!
Now six months on she’s gone from very, very rarely having accidents to having at least one sometimes 2 a night for the past week or so. She has also pooped herself twice over night.

she’s been poorly in the last few weeks with a grotty cold and also had her urine checked for a UTI last week as she was complaining of sore tummy and was having some day accidents too, but it came back clear.

Any advice on how to help her get back to dry nights? I’d rather be up helping her use the potty at 2am than having all the bedding to wash!

IME 2.5 is young to be dry at night. I'd just put her in a pull up until she's over the illness.

2.5 is very young to be dry overnight. I'd also be inclined to just put her back in a pull up and park it for a while.
