Toddler waking up in the night to poo

The last 4 nights in a row my 23 month old has woken up around 4am to do a poo and will go back to sleep, being pregnant myself I’m awake and up and down all night using the toilet and checking her, she’s still in a nappy and sometimes the poo is that watery she’s needing a full pj and vest change and fresh bedding. It just seems to be every night and we’ve never had this issue before.
shes currently only pooing once in the night and not all day and wondering if she’s holding it? We’ve been watching her diet more closely and taking away any things like diluted juice and just giving water instead and making are she’s not eating after a certain time ect but not sure what else I can do to help and what might be causing this. It’s a few days before Christmas and she has had more ‘treats’ and wondering if it’s the new foods and snacks or is it that she had a nasty viral infection 10 days ago and maybe it’s all leaving her body but again she is only pooing in the night and not in the day.
i don’t mind at all getting up to change and clean her but I don’t want this to affect her sleep and when I’m having to strip the bedding ect she’s wide awake at say 4am and that isn’t going to do her any good. We’ve now put puppy pads down under her so she’s sleeping on top to try help with any leaks she may have
I’m not sure what advice I’m looking to receive but I wonder if anyone’s toddlers had the similar situation and what you done to help
sorry this is so long but thank you for reading

Sounds like she's constipated and this is leakage flowing around the stuck faeces. Go have a chat with a pharmacist today and they'll recommend a laxative until you get to the GP on Monday
