Poo goes to Pooland app & Another Q on Public Toilet Use

Hi,
Does anybody know why this app has disappeared from the App store? It worked so well with DS but when I was telling my friend about it as she is struggling with her daughter it says no longer available.

Second Question: My DS will not use a toilet if it is dirty, has tissue inside it etc but I manage this by giving the seat a wipe down or layering with toilet paper. However, he is absolutely terrified of toilets on the train and plane and recently had an episode where he peed all over the floor of the train toilet because he told me he needed it around 7 times but when we got there he refused to bend his legs to sit and eventually couldn’t hold it in. He is scared of monsters and just generally scared because its a small space and an unsightly looking loo & as well as being really scared of the aeroplane flush in the past - I guess the train toilet reminded him of that. He uses monsters as an excuse and also says toilets really dirty. Basically any excuse.

I need help please - how can I manage this? We fly long haul this week and 2 flights, 9.5 + 4 hours. He is petrified of the flush, he hates wearing a nappy although I will put a pull up on. Its his second flight whilst potty trained but the first was short haul so he did not need the bathroom. Really hoping somebody can offer some advice please.

Would he go in a potty placed on top of the closed toilet (I'd say on the floor but there may not be room!), or wee into one of those bottle things you get for boys for emergency wees if you take that into the cubicle? Or a portable step so he can wee standing up and doesn't have to sit on the "scary toilet"?

Since he’s a boy would he pee standing up so he doesn’t need to touch anything? And just hope he doesn’t need a poo! If he does take a folding travel toilet seat, get it from amazon and let him pick a design, so it’s his and no need to sit on the loo. Promise not to flush whilst he’s still in there, you can flush whilst he waits in the galley. What about him using the toilet first, maybe even before take off, so he can use it clean then because he’s already used it it’ll be less daunting. Bribery with some sweets? Failing that, that’s what the pull ups are for.

No idea on the app sorry!

bribery didn’t work he’s genuinely terrified 😂 i am showing pics etc of the toilet from now so its not a surprise when we’re on the plane. Hoping its a smooth journey. I guess if all else fails the pull ups are there. Just need to make sure he actually does it in the pull up and not the floor! 😭😂
