As the title suggests, been potty training my 3.2 year old for around 4 months (3rd attempt), she is completely poo trained but all
over with wees. Occasionally she will have a no accident day but I’d say 90% of the time she has at least one to three accident a day. Some days it’s much worse, up to 8-12 accidents a day.

She instigated training this time around, refuses to wear a pull up (she will for bed), says she’s a big girl and fully understands the concept of needing to wee on the toilet. At times she says she doesn’t know she needs it/it just came out. Nursery have basically said they’re stumped and have never had a child like this so are fairly useless.

I have spoken to the GP but they say this is ‘normal’ that some kids just take longer to learn to control it but have referred us to the continence team anyway (which we are still waiting for).

We’ve tried rewards, chocolate, stickers etc and we have a toilet box with toys etc. I’m tempted to put a pull up back on but I’m worried about interfering with the fact she will happily poo on the toilet.

I guess I just would like to know if anyone else has been through this/has any tips or suggestions?

Something has gone wrong in her understanding of the process. Whether that's how long she needs to allow to get to the toilet, the feeling, or the wee itself. I'd stay home and go bare bottom for a day, if all good then joggers but no pants for a couple of days and then if that's fine pants and trousers. At least then you can see where her understanding is falling down.
