DS refuses to go for a poo in the toilet

Hi all

DS who is turning 3 end of September has been toilet trained 3 weeks ago. When it comes to wees he will happily ask to use the toilet (sometimes after a little dribble in his pants) but when it comes to poos he just won't ask.

I keep asking him through the day if he needs a poo, but every single one ends up
In his pants 🤦🏻‍♀️

Where am I going wrong? We tried sticker chart, sweeties bribes, you name it. He just seems to prefer to do it in his pants..

Any advice please ? X

Mine was same. Get the poo land app. Eventually it just clicked.

We are also at this point atm! Nailed wees but won't poo on the potty yet...

Ah don't worry, it will come with time. Every time my child needed a poo we would put a nappy on and let it happen. It happened on the toilet when he was ready and less stressful.
