Moved rooms in nursery and now 5+ accidents a day

DS (just 3yo) has been potty trained for a while. Or at least, with us at home he's dry. But at nursery he's always been a bit more hit and miss. I just put it down to him being more distracted there.

But now he's moved up to the bigger room, he's having 3-5 accidents a day. Today they've put him back in a pull up as he ran out of spare clothes.

I'm not sure what to do now. Do we ask them to ask him more/keep an eye (not sure how feasible this is, as they're obviously busy watching all the kids)? Do we go back to pull ups for a bit (which feels like a massive backwards step)? Do we just go with it and assume once he settles into the room it gets better?

Ask they to specifically take him every hour it so until he settles in. When my son moved rooms they were either expected to self access or ask to go. I they are shy they might not feel comfortable asking staff they don't know

Don't put him back in pull ups. The staff need to take him every hour or keep asking him if he needs to go. Ask his keyworker.
