DD won't wee on the toilet since start of lockdown

My DD is 3 years and 1 month old. She was potty trained by February this year with maybe only one accident in the evening when she was tired. Since we’ve gone into lockdown in March, my daughter won’t use the toilet to wee. She will always poo in it but not wee. No matter how much encouragement, she just does it in her underwear. Does anyone have any advice about how to positively and effectively get her to use the toilet for this again? Thank you in advance

Do you know why she's doing it in her pants? Is it attention? Or laziness? Or anxiety? The cause will help with the solution.

I'm not entirely sure. I have noticed when she does wet herself she tells everyone as if she is pleased with herself. This evening she said, (after wetting herself) "it doesn't matter. It'll dry." When she does take herself to the toilet on the odd occasion, "we say well done, you did it". Her brother gives her a little applause and congratulates her. She may only make this effort once every now and again. Other than that she either doesn't bother trying to use the toilet or doesn't make it in time. We tried to get her to use the potty again to make it easier for her to get there on time but she won't use the potty at all.
