Dry at nursery but accidents at home

My DD is 2years and 3 months and decided she didn't want to wear nappies from about 24 months. There was never any pressure from me but we went with it and she did really well.

She is now completely dry at nursery (4 days a week) including naps there. However at home, for me, she seems to be having 1-2+ accidents a day, every day.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am wondering if her fluid intake is more at home and will try monitoring this more today. I know she is still relatively young but I find it frustrating she manages so well at nursery but just can't seem to manage at home!
