Occasional nighttime accidents - how normal for four and a half year old?

DS1 has been night trained since he turned four last August. Was absolutely fine for a few months, then had a long regression just before half term (he started reception in September). I put it down to tiredness. Since then he has the occasional night time wee accident in bed - about once a month maybe. How normal is that? We always encourage (or rather, tell!) him to go to the loo just before bedtime, but he takes a bottle of water to bed - sometimes he'll drink the whole bottle and not have an accident.

It's not a big problem, but I was just wondering whether others have had the same experiences.
