Where to buy training pants in person? (what shops)

All the advice on potty training seems to include a step where you take your child to choose some "big child pants" which they will want to wear/not get wet as an incentive towards continence.

Where do you all go to do this? And where are you all getting these famed "favourite character" pants?

I'm assuming that these must be training pants, as you use training pants during the very early phase being discussed rather than "real pants", but I am finding it hard to find stores in real life that sell training pants at all, and if they do, it is only one design.

Training pants are basically reusable pull ups. They're what you've seen. The pants with characters are normal kids pants, so not padded.

Just go with normal pants-lots of them! Supermarkets have cheap, character pants. Or primark.

Training pants don't have much choice but I've seen them in aldi sometimes
