My child will not poo on the toilet, at all. What will happen at school?

I'm really struggling with this.

My four year old dd will not poo on the toilet, she will withhold until she has a pull up on at night.

I've tried everything.

I'm exhausted.

She starts school in September, I'm so worried she is going to po herself and be embarrassed. Will she even be able to start if she can't poo? She can wee fine.

Why can't we crack this. :(

Op, I'm also struggling with this. Ds is a little younger, not 4 yet, but struggles massively with the toilet. He'll pee happily in toilet or potty, but refuses to poo. He is exceptionally 'strong willed' as his key worker says, and if he doesn't want to do it, no amount of cajoling, bribery etc will work. yesterday he disappeared upstairs, got a pull up (no idea where from, he may have a secret stash) and after taking off his trousers and pants, put the pull up on, did a poo then came down and asked me to change him. I'm totally lost as to where to go from here. Oh, and I do believe that with him it's a control issue.
