My ds is 3.5. We starting potty training a year ago. He was pretty good with wees from day one and happily went on the potty. He would not poo in the potty at all and has only just started to do this in the last 6 weeks and is now great. He has also been dry at night the last week or so of his own accord.
Our last remaining (quite big!) issue is that he will not wee or poo anywhere but in his potty. He will try and go on the toilet but says it "won't come out" and when he has been caught short when we are out he has a screaming fit at the suggestion of going in a bush/toilet and the tantrum has had to be resolved by allowing him to wee in his younger sisters spare nappy ð??³ he will also not use the potty at pre school and saves it til home time.
Does anyone have any experience of anything similar or have any tips they could pass on please? Thank you
