Has he suddenly got it or (tmi) is his tummy a bit upset?

DS1 potty trained over the summer. We still have an occasional accident, say when he's a bit distracted, but he's basically dry. Poos have not been sorted, but after the first couple of weeks he's been reliably waiting until he's in a pull up (at nap/bed time). The occasional 'rabbit pellet' in the potty has been rewarded and praised, and we did get one proper one in the potty, but that was a couple of weeks ago. Until this morning. First thing we had maybe half a teaspoon of v liquid poo in the potty, followed after I'd emptied it by a proper poo, and then after breakfast another. All in the potty. I guess I'm hoping he's suddenly got it, and is just trying to eat my supply of chocolate buttons, but particularly because of that first v liquid one, I'm a bit worried he's got a tummy upset. I know it's very positive he's using the potty anyway (on more than one level!). I'm just trying to decide whether we're best to stay at home today. Did anyone else's children do this when PT? What do you think? Thanks.

Personally, I would stay at home and continue working on the potty if you can.

I have to confess that as he really didn't seem at all ill, we went out. However, we've not had any more successes since (though no accidents either) so I'm not really sure what was going on.
