I despair. We started potty training 2 months ago and he would have good and bad days. There were even days where we had no accidents. And then last week it's taken a turn for the worse with him reusing to even sit on the toilet and choosing to wet his pants. For the last 2 days es been holding in his poos. I can see he needs to do a poo and he makes grunting noises but then he won't poo in his pants or poo when taken to the toilet. I'm going all out with the praise and rewards- we have a star chart etc. and I don't make a big deal about accidents. Help!!!

He starts tomorrow! :( I was really hoping he'd be 90% dry by now..

Try putting bubbles in the toilet and encourage him to blow, it relaxes the muscles preventing him from holding in the poo, sadly it didn't work in our household as I was told to go away as he was busy , pushing up his poo!!!!!!!
