After 2 months dry day and night toddler has started wetting all the time again

My 20 month old has been reliably dry day and night for 2 months now. Yesterday she wet herself constantly all day and again last night. This morning I want to scream at the amount of washing I have and she is still wetting herself constantly, ie not doing any wees on the toilet or potty, just whever she is.

More washing than when I was potty training her. She is creating washing quicker than I can wash it.

What is going on? I have never experienced this with my other children. No changes to her daily life that I can think of and I am sure she doesn't have a urine infection as it was checked at the beginning of the week (something unconnected).
