I'm so tired I just poured the wee from the potty down the sink...

instead of the toilet. Bleeughggh.

I also have a stress headache, and have just discovered a lasagne I made extra last week, still in the oven, with green furry spots on. It's not my day.

I'd love to blame DH for that, but I suspect I didn't give specific enough instructions re: the lasagne, before I left for my night shift.

If it is any consolation I spat my toothpaste into the toilet yesterday, I'm sure down to the fact that I am putting so many potties of wee in to the toilet! Green lasagne made me chuckle, it is the sort of thing I would do. Grin

It all goes into the same drain, I wouldn't worry about it!

MildredIsMyAlterEgo · 11/07/2012 00:24

As long as you didn't use it to fill the kettle you should be alright Grin

zebedeethezebra · 31/07/2012 10:19

Oh god, I do that all the time. Remember wee is sterile when it comes out in actual fact.

gallifrey · 05/08/2012 15:55

I used to do that with dd1, I had a broken leg and an upstairs toilet!

frustratedpants · 05/08/2012 15:57

I tip it I the compost bin.

SDTGisAnOlympicWolefGenius · 05/08/2012 15:57

I did it sometimes too. I just ran the hot tap afterwards. Don't tell dh, though - he doesn't know! Blush

fuzzpig · 05/08/2012 16:05

Don't beat yourself up, you sound exhausted and in major need of chocolate! I've been potty training DS and have been very Angry at the constant trips upstairs. Trying to hide that from DS though and heap him in praise instead. Sigh.

DH emptied it earlier and managed to get caught up in the door of our carpeted bathroom, spilling it everywhere. Honestly it would've been less messy if DS had just peed on the floor.

As an aside, who the fuck thought a carpeted bathroom was a sensible idea?!

SDTGisAnOlympicWolefGenius · 05/08/2012 16:36

Years ago, fuzzpig, when he was flat hunting, dh looked round a flat that was fairly bland - until he got to the bathroom, which was carpeted in purple. But that wasn't the worst bit - the worst bit was that the carpet extended over the floor, up the walls and the sides of the bath, and across the ceiling!!

fuzzpig · 05/08/2012 16:49

Ha. Actually just snorted at that image

peeriebear · 05/08/2012 16:57

I used to pour it in the downstairs loo or sink, and swill it down with the taps. It's not diarrhoea, it's a cups worth of toddler wee!

peeriebear · 05/08/2012 16:58

Eurgh when I first moved in to this house (council house) there was carpet in the bathroom. How long it had been there I don't know. That was ripped out faster than you can say 'pube-o-rama'

Sadly we have no say as we rent privately. Tempted to ask if they'll replace it with tiles and contribute to the cost, as it will definitely need replacing before new tenants anyway when we move in the next year or two. I have not forgiven DH for the hair dye incident of 2011.
