My Daughter happily sits on the potty, but won't pee. Then stands up and pees in pants???

My daughter is 2.5, generally shes happy to sit on the potty, and even today did her first pooh, but will not pee. She sits on it when she needs to go, but says 'it's stuck' so is holding herself? Getting frustrated after a good start with the pooh this morning, I really thought she'd be happy to pee. Anyone had the same problem?

Same here, dd will sit on toilet but as soon as she needs a wee won't go near it, can tell she needs to go as starts clutching herself and hopping around, then hides in her room and has accident. will be watching with interest

Complete turn around today. she woke up - dry all night in pants. Then had a little accident, then 10 minutes later she peed in the potty, and has proceded to pee several times and had a poo! so pround of her today, bit sure what the turning point was but shes really happy and very confident.
