pooing in nappy, grow out of it?

dd has been potty trained day and night EXCEPT refuses to poo in potty. She asks for a nappy to poo, then straight back into knickers. I've left the pressure off hoping she'll grow out of it in her own time. Any one else had this problem and do they grow out of it eventually?

My lo was dry day and night for 5 weeks before he poo'd in his potty on our wedding afternoon, had promised him a toy he wanted when he did do it.
