Dry nappy in the morning, bathroom downstairs, what to do next?

3.2 DS1 in 3rd week of potty training, and is doing really well, but the dry nappy and run to the loo first thing this morning really took me by surprise! Should I just keep him in Nappies at night for a while? Should I put a potty upstairs? The downstairs bathroom is going to be a complete pain in the neck, I can just tell... :(

Potty upstairs. Although you might find that over time he won't need to go straight away, ds has been dry for 3 months and normally goes before breakfast

Hi MrsJamin, my little boy has a potty beside his bed. Although our toilet is upstairs, it's at the top of the stairs and I fuss that he'll trip downstairs in his sleepy state. It works really well for him. We also use a reusable bed pad, just in case Smile
