Hi - my DD has been dry (mostly) at night for 9 months or so, and will be 4 in a few weeks. She still has a potty in her bedroom and shows little sign of wanting to use the toilet at night (although she's fine during the day) - I've suggested that she uses the toilet, we have night lights on so she could see her way, but she just prefers to use the potty at night.

Should I be pushing for the toilet?

id just go with potty if it makes her happy.

i remember when i was younger being so scared of going to the bathroom... was convinced there was a wolf hiding to get me, and i must have been scared of this "wolf" until i was at least 10.

if you take away potty you may get more wet beds

That is what I wondered - my gut feeling was to let it go - she won't want to use an 'In the night garden' potty for the rest of her life, will she?! Although it might come in handy when she starts coming back after drinking all night!!
