DD1 is 2.2 years old and for past week (2 weeks but only one week seriously) we have let her go without nappies during the day.
This was after her nursery had said that now she is in toddler room she is showing interest in going to the toilet with other kids.
So as I'm on mat leave thought best to give it a go, so past week she has had an accident about every second day, but I am taking her every 2 hours ish.
Today and yesterday she actually asked to go to the toilet, which was fantastic. But she has never done a poo, she has always waited until her nappy was put on for bed and then went.
Tonight we put her nappy on and she asked to go to the toilet, I was busy with DD2 so I said, hold on a wee minute. Then when I was finished she was still patiently waiting, so took her to the toilet. And she pooed!! :)
So, how do I go from here? Can any one recommend good night time pull ups? How long did your DC's go from being dry in the day (I won't class her as this until she stops having accidents) to dry at night?
What do you do on long outings? Just take changes of clothes or pull ups?
She's doing really well so I would like her to be toilet trained properly by time I return to work after christmas, is that too soon?
