nearly 4 year old dd potty trained for well over a year and now pooping in pants!

am starting to pull out my hair and timing could'nt be worse as she starts nursery at school tomorrow 5 afternoons a week! she has been potty trained for well over a year with no major problems, also dry at night for last 6 months at least. she will be 4 next month. for the last couple of months she has been having poo accidents in her pants, at home, at childminders etc, some days fine, others not. the last two days i have had to change her twice a day and her bum is getting very sore. the poo itself seems normal too me (not hard, not soft) and i am wondering whether it is because she has got a lot of change going on with new nursery class involving school uniform and new childminders? or whether it is something else health wise? any advice mums

I would take her to the GP - she could be constipated. Which sounds odd but the pooing could be leakage. Basically she is bunged up but some poo leaks around the blockage.

There are LOADS of threads on here about it. I'll see if i can find some but need to go and cook dinner so it may not be till later.
