DD was day dry at 2.5 and night dry at 3. However, during the day when she's at home she needs to be reminded (even though her bottom shifting dance is a dead give away) and will leave it to the very last moment to go and therefore requires that I take her. When we are out and about she veers between the same behaviour she displays at home or trying to break the record for holding it in.

She had an accident when I refused to rush her to the toilet and she was quite angry about my lack of haste but her behaviour didn't change.

Compared to other peoples issues on this subject mine might be trivial but it is driving me mad. Any ideas?

ds1 was exactly like this, and still is at times ( he is 5 now) in the end we stopped rushing him to the loo and left it up to him to get there in time, then we went back to stickers I'm afraid ( he had started having accidents in nursery ) this seemed to work . He still leaves it late but now makes it in time, albeit with a lot of hopping about!
