Has anyone else had problem of son being too short to stand up and wee in the toilet? He is fully trained and seems keen to stand (sometimes wants to stand up while going on the potty but obviously not allowed). However even with standard booster stool he is to short to reach over the toilet rim. Do I just wait til he's bigger, or can you get extra big booster stools?

don't know of a specifically designed extra tall booster step, could you perhaps get a kitchen step stool for him like this as it would fold out of the way when not in use?

or, if only a bit short, what about a couple of old phone books under the step stool you hav?

They sell a wooden step stool in mothercare that I think is bigger than most...it has 2 steps to it and is def. bigger than the little plastic ones. Its on their website

Have a look at the Nottingham rehab catalogue online, its a disability equipment company but has some fab equipment that they should sell in mothercare.

ds had to sit until he was big enough.

How about the "weeman"?

Can he stand on tip-toes? My DS stands on my feet if he can't reach when out-and-about.
