Anxiety at 7 months pp

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?
I am 7 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding. I have recently started to wean my baby so might not need to produce as much milk for her. I also do all the night feeds as she won't take a bottle so I am very sleep deprived as I am up multiple times in the night to feed.
But that aside for the past couple of weeks I've had really bad anxiety. I've had a bad stomach, racing heart and insomnia. Trouble sleeping but then when I do fall asleep I jerk myself awake. I co sleep with my baby but have been for months now. But again, recently I have these thoughts that I'm going to roll onto her or harm her. I know there is less chance of that happening now she is a bigger baby. I have never felt like this up until a couple of weeks ago.
Anyone else experienced this? Is it hormone related? And what helped to overcome it?
Any advice much appreciated

I’m going through something similar! How are you feeling now? I got my first pp period like 20 days ago and I think it’s cause he’d stopped drinking as much at night, along with solids in the day. My anxiety went crazy, convinced myself I had cancer, given myself a terrible tummy with worry I think. You’re not alone!

@BePinkShaker My anxiety has eased a bit now. But it was an awful week. I co sleep with my baby, have done since she was born, but I'd convinced myself I was going to roll onto her, crush her, she'd suffocate etc. Then I couldn't sleep because of that. It was a vicious cycle. She is still drinking loads at night but not as much during the day. I'm still yet to get my period though. Do you feel better after having you period??
