Mommy makeover advice

Hi to all the beautiful moms! I hope this is OK to post here.

I always feel like Mumsnet is so honest and open and such a community, so I hope this is an OK post. I just wanted honest opinions about a post-partum (3 years post-partum lol) mommy makeover. I've read about it a lot recently because I'm simply not happy with my body. I wasn't necesarily out of shape or out of proportion before, but I wasn't slim, and now my body just hasn't bounced back. I feel like I've got loose skin and since breastfeeding, my boobs (which were always a big bigger, 36C) have just never recovered. Has anyone had a mommy makeover in the UK? What did you have done and how was it? For me, one of the closest clinics who does what I'd be looking for is Creo Clinic with Dr. Omar Tillo, but I'm curious what peoples experiences have been and if I just need to get into the gym and accept my boobs will never be the same?? I'm sure someon has been through this before

Hi OP,
I'm not sure if a 'mommy makeover' that you're referring to is a specific / branded thing. But certainly, it's always a good idea to look after yourself after having children! I would consider:

Being intentional with your diet (so make sure you're having enough fruit and veg, and consider what ultra-processed foods you want to eat as a treat, and enjoy them.)
Be consistent with movement (10k steps is a good one)
Do strength exercises / yoga / pilates
Drink more water

These will help your boobs and make you feel more body confident. I am also focusing on :

Moisturiser
Taking vitamins

And I really want to get my hair done and buy new jeans!
