It feels a bit weird posting this but I'm going to do it anyway.

Has anyone had post baby breast feeding boob changes and done anything about it? Do I just accept my new body or do I go for augmentation or something like fat transfer (not too sure which would be better). A friend recommended the Creo Clinic to me and i'm debating booking in, but I just don't know if I should learn to love my body or invest in what makes me happy haha. I feel like breastfeeding really changed by boobs and I don't know what to do about it.

If you can I’d really encourage you to just learn to accept & embrace your new body because there is always going to be something you could change if you really wanted to. My boobs are certainly not what they used to be pre-breastfeeding two babies but they fed my children, I can’t find a way to see them in a negative light after that really! There is always going to be something x

I’ve also looked into this as mine really get to me now. I’ve never been big-chested but always felt pretty happy with the size of my breasts until after BFing DS for 2 years. He was my third child but the first I managed to BF beyond a few weeks.

I want to make sure I’m at my target weight before I consider it any further as I would want them to look natural and in proportion.
