Postpartum Incontinence - Help!

Just looking for a bit of advice/reassurance. I’m 33 and have had two children in the last 3 years, both c sections. I was very lucky after my first pregnancy that I never suffered with any urinary incontinence, but this time around I haven’t been so fortunate!

I had no issues until I hit 3 months postpartum. I’m finding my main problem is strangely when I go from lying down in bed to sitting up to breastfeed, or when I leave the bathroom after weeing, I end up leaking some wee (not loads, but enough to warrant wearing a pad). I have started doing pelvic floor exercises a few times a day, but was wondering if there’s anything else I could be doing and roughly how quick others found things returned to normal?

I have also resumed having penetrative sex which I wonder if this may be impacting things.
Thanks!

MUTU System really helped me. It’s a pelvic floor programme that you buy online—there are often discounts on their Facebook page. I can jump on a trampoline now (IYKYK).

Cane here to say exactly this. MUTU saved me with diastasis recti. It’s fantastic.

I did MUTU for years, and unfortunately still had 7cm of diastasis, and had it surgically fixed. ☹️ Mine was too extreme to fix with exercise unfortunately. But the pelvic floor bit was sorted with MUTU.
