Hot flushes - 9 weeks postpartum

Does anyone take any supplements or vitamins that help with the hot flushes?

Not sure if they have been made worse as I am back on my depo provera birth control injection.

Patience I suspect, especially if you're breast feeding. I know I stank until about 12 weeks then everything seemed to settle down.
