Could desogestrel cause nausea and a late period postpartum?

I hope someone can help me. I'm 4m PP and currently on desogestrel (mini pill) as birth control (I'm keen on having a 2nd baby, just not now 😂). I've been on the desogestrel for about a month, no period and have been symptom free until now - I'm experiencing severe nausea and exhaustion just like when I was pregnant.

My normal cycle is 25d like clockwork and I'm currently 3 days late, but I've never been on desogestrel so I don't know if late/no period would be normal or not. I've taken a pregnancy test at 25 days and it was negative.

Are these just normal symptoms of the birth control or is there a real chance I'm pregnant now? I'm planning on taking a test today (3 days late).

I don’t get periods on the mini pill, but I’ve never experienced nausea or tiredness, also went back on it PP. I hate to say it but does sound more like pregnancy symptoms. Fingers crossed for you OP.

I think I have a faint positive, hard to see. I'm testing in a few days time
