Postpartum period and constant bleeding

I will be going in to see a nurse next week but just wondered if anyone had experienced similar…

I am 7 months postpartum and have had two periods since, however since my last period three weeks ago, I’ve continued to bleed everyday. It started as spotting and has been getting fairly heavy each day - enough for me to wear a tampon every day! I looked online (I know, I know) and it is either postpartum shedding still or some form of cancer!

is this normal? Anyone had similar?

I had hideously long periods until about a year after birth.
I ended up going to the GP, I had finished with whole growing baby thing by then so got the implant.
Speak to the GP. And dont freak out.x
