I’ve got 4 little openings on my csection scar which the nurse said are superficial. They still havent closed over after visiting gp last week. I’m 6 weeks pp. my last csection I had the same and visited the medical centre several times. On my last visit the nurse said if they’d put this certain dressing on at the beginning of me visiting it would have healed straight away. does anyone know what dressing it was?

I had these. I had to have a special seaweed dressing stuffed into the holes. Took months to resolve. Can you ask to see a wound specialist nurse (i cant remember the exact term but it was something like that), they have a specialism in what dressing is required for what type of wound

Yes I’ve going to phone the gp tomorrow. My holes are just on the surface so can’t really stuff anything in them but it’s just a pain that it’s not healing. I can feel it pulling when I move in bed. So annoying
