Hey everyone my DS is 20 months old. I have just had my first period since being pregnant and it has sent my aniexty spiraling
I had a bit of aniexty before this but nothing this bad. I have a doctors appointment next week but wondering what techniques I can use?
Has anyone felt like this? I keep feeling like something terrible is going to happen.
Could this be a hormanl imbalance? I read up a little bit about going back on the pill can help with aniexty?
Also still breastfeeding

I mentioned the pill as i never felt like this whilst I used to be on it, then fell pregnant twice so don't know what I was like as it was years ago I wasn't on the pill

Hi lovely, is your anxiety around your child or more general?
