Headaches been on off for ages as long as I can remember. Had a baby in July 2022 and sure I’ve been off since then! Felt everything harder this time round out it down to age, sleep deprivation and generally a harder work baby/toddler.
Anyway this headache I have now is like a constant muzzy head I also have
low mood
irritable
low energy
achey
sleep never feels refreshing even when I have it
baby/toddler has never slept well apart from the last 6-7 months she generally sleeps through
had years of night wakes and sleeping in with her so we’ve cracked that
Ive visited my GP and currently have referral for dry eye and possible HRT ( I’m 43 and my GP thought maybe peri menopause )
just posted her incase anyone else feels years on they may not feel 100%
I was on AD for 18 months but came off them last year, wondering if I should have stayed on them wether they helped some of my symptoms
feel I’m at a cross roads with could be one thing or another but as I’m off work at the moment with a viral infection thought be nice to get some support and talk to others
I’ve signed up for talking therapy’s awaiting on my assessment notes from last week
