I'm 8 months pp (second baby) and still breastfeeding. First time around I had normal hair loss and I didn't suspect anything untoward this time around, until DH said he'd seen a patch on the top of my head. I hadn't even noticed!
It's quite sizeable (see pic) and doesn't feel like normal hair loss. My hair is long and thick, and my parting is normal, it's just the patch at my crown which has formed.
Do I need to be making an appointment with my GP? Has anyone had similar and it resolved easily? I'm worried that any treatment wouldn't be suitable because of the breastfeeding, but it looks awful and I want to sort it.
