TFMR bleeding

Hi All,

I sadly had to go through TFMR 6 weeks ago and said goodbye to a tiny baby boy at 13 weeks’ gestation. I told I would bleed between 4-6 weeks. It’s been a little over 6 weeks now and I’m still bleeding. It hasn’t stopped at all the last 6 weeks although it has had periods of going light for a day or two before picking up again. I have been bleeding heavily and constantly for 3 days now and I’m a bit alarmed at how heavy it is. I thought it could be my first period, but I’ve never bled like this before during a period.
Has anyone who has gone through TFMR has an extremely heavy and longer first period post-TFMR ?
I have reached out to midwives a few times but they keep saying ‘give it a little longer , 6 weeks isn’t a set cut off for bleeding’.
Id feel much better if I could get checked out or have a scan to check everything is ok.

Anyone had similar experience?
